New at Neumann International: Caroline Golenko Named New Leader of Executive Consulting Service

Caroline Golenko’s experience and expertise in management audit and assessment projects at strategic corporate levels, both in France and internationally, have distinguished her in the field. Ms Golenko is also an active senior member of the “Professional Services” practice group in addition to having a demonstrated strong experience in the Financial Services and Industrial sector. She has led and still leads numerous senior searches for functional or operational positions at top management levels.

Previous Experience

Ms Golenko’s career has been focused on Human Resources for more than twenty years. She spent eight years as Director of Human Resources in France and Europe at an international professional services firm. The past ten years of Ms Golenko’s career with Neumann International have been focused on consulting activities as Principal and, since 2003, as Partner. Caroline Golenko is a certified Professional Coach and a member of a number of professional networks related to strategic issues in equal opportunities in the workplace and professional coaching.
